This is a great-value Shiraz which displays plenty of Clare Valley freshness alongside the ripe fruit and long, rich finish.
The wine has a rich deep crimson hue with aromas and flavours of blackberry, mulberry and dark cherry. The front and mid-palate is full and soft, with flavours of small berry fruit and spice complemented by the oak. The wine finishes with integrated oak and firm, silky tannins and a finish of great length.
This graceful Clare Shiraz has power and finesse which makes it both approachable now and worthy of keeping for up to 10 years.

Tim Adams Clare Valley Shiraz is one of the most reliably drinkable and best value red wines on the market. Shame you can't buy it from Tesco any more.
