WINNER "Best wine under $50" - Dan Murphy's Best in Glass Awards 2025
This Pinot Gris greets the senses with a charming rose-gold hue, a true reflection of its varietal character and minimal intervention winemaking.
The nose is lifted and expressive, offering opulent aromas of pear, lychee, and white peach, nuanced by subtle citrus zest and hints of honeydew melon
On the palate, the wine is fresh and vibrant, with a core of crunchy pear and stone fruit flavors, underscored by delicate lychee and a touch of strawberries and cream. The mild 2024 growing season has preserved natural acidity, resulting in a bright, crisp texture and a balanced, gently sweet middle palate that is neither cloying nor overbearing
The finish is clean and refreshing, with lingering citrus and a gentle, food-friendly length. Best enjoyed young and cool, this versatile white is an excellent match for Asian cuisine, seafood, and salads.

Had a glass of this with dinner in a pub whilst travelling through Clare and subsequently purchased several bottles whilst travelling across to Queensland, so was very pleased to find we were able to now source this in the UK. Usually go for NZ whites but now have a new favourite
Everything is right about this wine. The colour has an intriguing pinkish tinge and it is full of luscious ripe fruit. The flavour is crisp and dry but with a lowly 12% abv - a brilliant balancing act!
Not really a white wine drinker so tend to go for the more bland variety. Had this in Oz last month. Has bags of pear, peach and tropical flavour but not sweet. Great with curries.....in fact with most food.
Having recently returned to the UK after eight years in Australia, I was pleased to find my all time favourite white, Tim Adams Pinot Gris at the Australian Wine Centre. Light, very drinkable and simply delicious.
I was rather spoiled in Oz and have become a bit fussy about my wine now!
Ordering and delivery was easy and efficient. You have gained a new fan. Thank you.
I will be looking out for another lovely white, Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay, hoping that some will make it’s way to your stock in the future.
Delivery was super quick and professional. It was the first time I had tried the Pinot Gris which was nice to drink on a warm evening and goes well with Thai food. I must say that the Tim Adams Riesling that I have been buying for many years is still my go to wine with fish and shell fish.
